Stephen Gang

Stephen Gang

Steve Gang had a four-decade business career as a partner in Boston Consulting Group and as a successful serial entrepreneur. His focus was on motivating customers and employees to get what they really wanted and needed. In the past 10 years, Steve switched from clients like Coca-Cola and Eli Lilly to non-profit hospitals and schools. Most recently, he helped start the Lifespan Research Foundation to disseminate the important findings of the Harvard Study of Adult Development.

By teaming up with Elizabeth and Kevin to start this non-profit, Steve says he’s doing the work that makes his heart sing. He’s committed to sharing what he’s learned about adult wellness and the practices that support it. As a plus, Steve knows that scaling up online exercise classes is a great way to stay in shape!

Steve is a proud father of four and a grandfather of six (and counting!). As an environmentalist, he’s very active in his little town and the Cape Ann surroundings. Steve is also a musician, singing in ensembles while finding time to compose and arrange music for his beloved Tavern Club. Lover of the woods & water, great conversations, life-affirming friends, Steve is devoted to his beloved Gail and his faithful pooch, Rosie.

Elizabeth Reed

Elizabeth Reed

Elizabeth Reed is a graduate of Emerson College and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Group Fitness Instructor with enhanced certifications in senior fitness including Senior Fitness Specialist, Senior Balance Specialist, Senior Boot Camp trainer and Behavior Change Coach. She has worked with older adults for over 12 years, fine-tuning adaptations of aerobics, strength and flexibility moves specifically for this population.

An advocate by nature, Elizabeth jumped at the chance to start a nonprofit organization with Steve and Kevin to reach as many people as possible with the goal of offering something For Every Body in fitness. It has been her dream to help folks live their best lives as they age by bringing awareness and listening to the body, learning and continuing to execute movement that supports aging in place, playing with grandchildren, household and yard duties and traveling with the ease that comes from working on being fit for an active life.

With a passion for food and cooking, Elizabeth enjoys studying plant-based nutrition and preparing delicious and nutritious meals for her family. In her free time, Elizabeth finds her solace, therapy and meditation in distance running, particularly deep in the woods of Dogtown on Cape Ann. She also writes music and plays guitar. She enjoys spending time with Bill, her life partner, her two adult children and dear friends. An avid reader, she enjoys studying fitness trends and diving deep into memoir and speculative fiction.

As a caregiver for both Bill and her 90 y/o mother, she has learned that what matters most is giving her best. She brings this life lesson to this (ad)venture. Her excitement and drive to grow For Every Body from offering fitness and food to a place that encompasses all aspects of wellness and to leave a legacy that can grow far into the future are part of the nourishment that feeds her joy in this wondrous life.

Kevin Rich

Kevin Rich Headshot

Kevin Rich

Kevin Rich is a lifetime lover of the outdoors, and all things athletic one can do outside. A veteran of six marathons and four official races to the summit of Mount Washington, Kevin has logged some 50,000 miles in 55 years of distance running, a legacy that now spans three generations with his three sons and grandchildren.

Drawn to athletes with unique skills and challenges, he has been a personal coach for visually impaired runners, bikers, and skiers. As a certified instructor for blind and partially sighted skiers with Ski for Light — an organization with a mission to teach the sport of Nordic skiing to people with disabilities — Kevin has guided intrepid athletes at their annual Olympics events and served as Treasurer and Board Member.

Following degrees at Northeastern and Boston Universities in Engineering and Business Administration, Kevin’s 45-year career included senior executive roles in the transportation and logistics fields, areas of expertise that were perfectly-aligned with his life-long penchant for “moving” things…as well as himself!

With Susan, his best friend and loving wife of 51 years, their three sons, seven grandchildren and Abby, their adopted Golden Retriever, Kevin continues to relish the beauty and active lifestyle the north shore of Boston offers. It is his real joy to join Founders Elizabeth and Steve in this exciting wellness endeavor.

Our leadership team combines three lifetimes of relevant, multi-discipline experience.

  • Inspire & Encourage: we are seniors too, committed to making the most of this stage of life and helping others do the same.

  • Educate & Inform: as lifelong learners, we stay abreast of wellness and exercise trends and new developments, eager to offer them to you, our valued members.

  • Listen and Learn from You: we do not have all the answers and we are active listeners ready and eager to learn from our clients too and apply that knowledge to our services.

  • Elevate and Improve: none of us are exempt from “down days” and times in our life journeys. Our workout routines, dietary recommendations, weekly advice column, uplifting stories, webinars from experts in the fields of nutrition, finance, stress management, among others, and pertinent informational links will boost your spirits and your outlook.

  • Motivate, Coach and Cheer: right alongside you, we share many of the same challenges and commit ourselves to practice what we embrace and motivate you to do the same.
